Kayla Korin and Kenzie West Ego Co

The Identity Behind Ego Co.

Ego Co. wasn’t built from a template. It was built from a realization that most brands aren’t struggling because they lack ideas, they’re struggling because they lack clarity. Disconnected visuals. Reactive marketing.

After years working inside professional environments, we saw what actually happens behind the scenes of marketing. Multiple agencies. Freelancers. Vendors. Contracts. Timelines. Expectations. And somehow… it still doesn’t quite come together. The quality varies. The strategy gets lost in translation. Communication becomes fragmented. You’re managing more people than progress, stuck in agreements that don’t evolve as your business does. We lived that reality. And we knew there had to be a better way.

Ego Co. was created to replace the juggling act with something more cohesive. A model where strategy leads, creative follows with intention, and everything works together - consistently. Because most brands aren’t lacking ideas. They’re lacking alignment.

We operate as your internal marketing team, bringing clarity to your messaging, structure to your content, and consistency to your presence. Not just how your brand looks, but how it communicates, evolves, and holds its position in the market. We exist to uncover that. This isn’t about one-off deliverables or surface-level branding. It’s about building a brand that feels aligned, intentional, and unmistakably yours, supported through a model designed for ongoing growth, not temporary fixes. This is where identity becomes presence. Where vision becomes direction. Where your brand steps fully into itself.

She has extensive experience building and managing websites using website builder platforms, creating clean, functional, and visually aligned digital spaces that support a brand’s story, not distract from it.

Kenzie West

Co-Founder + Creative Director

Born and raised in Florida, Kenzie spent a little time in Charlotte, North Carolina - but the pull of her hometown and the local community brought her right back. As Co-Founder and Creative Director of Ego Co., she thrives on turning ideas into creative campaigns, brand identities, and content that actually connect with people. For Kenzie, marketing isn’t just strategy, it’s storytelling, design, and a little bit of magic that makes a brand feel alive.

With over five years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, boutique fitness, and community-driven organizations, Kenzie has a knack for seeing the big picture while loving the details. She’s the kind of designer who thinks in color palettes, audience journeys, and the “why” behind every decision—all at the same time. Whether she’s shaping a brand voice, brainstorming a campaign concept, or creating visuals that make people stop and look, her work is always intentional, memorable, and a little unexpected.

Kenzie believes good design doesn’t just look nice, it connects, engages, and builds community. She loves helping brands show up in ways that feel authentic, approachable, and yes… even fun. Outside the studio, she’s all about health, wellness, and staying active, which keeps her energy high and her ideas flowing.

Simply put: Kenzie is happiest when she’s creating, collaborating, and helping brands tell their story in ways that actually make people notice and most importantly care.
