You choose the plan that fits your business, and we provide ongoing creative + marketing support every month.

Your subscription includes:

No contracts. No unexpected fees.

Can I cancel at any time?


Yes.
Ego Co. is designed to be flexible.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your service will continue through the end of your current billing cycle, and you’re welcome to return whenever you're ready.
 

Do my deliverables roll over month to month?

 

Your subscription is charged at the plan rate each month, regardless of how many benefits you use.

Each plan includes a set number of services or deliverables, and unused benefits do not roll over.

Subscriptions are designed for flexibility and priority access—not per-use discounts—so the price stays the same every month.

What is included in the revision policy?


Each deliverable includes a specific number of revisions, your chance to fine-tune the design so it feels just right.

Revisions can include:

-Minor text edits (grammar, spelling, or small wording tweaks)

-Light design refinements (spacing, color, layout adjustments)

-Swapping or updating an image or visual

Revisions do not include:

-A completely new concept or major redesign

-Significant copy rewrites or changes that alter the original direction

 

To keep things smooth and efficient, all feedback should be provided in one consolidated list. Want to talk over changes once reviewing the initial concept? Schedule a quick call through your portal so we can review and determine the best way forward together.

Why limited revisions? To keep the creative process efficient, focused, and aligned with your brand’s identity without endless back-and-forth that slows down results.

How does the monthly strategy call work?


Your strategy call is a dedicated session (usually 30–45 minutes) where we:

  • review analytics and past performance

  • outline your goals for the upcoming month

  • plan content themes

  • set campaign direction

  • discuss any updates to your brand voice or services

  • refine your identity and presence

This call ensures that everything we create is aligned with your evolving goals and brand personality.

It’s like having your own creative director on call — without hiring full-time.
 

Do you manage our social media accounts?


We create all your content, graphics, captions, and strategy - and deliver them to you monthly.

Posting can be done by:

  • your team

  • or through a scheduling tool you prefer

Is all the work done in-house?


Yes. Always.

Ego Co. never outsources to freelancers or external vendors.
All creative direction, design, content, and strategy are handled internally, ensuring:

    (Any promotions, events, launches, or updates you want to highlight.)

  2. A scheduled strategy call
    (Your first monthly creative planning session.)

After that—your monthly creative system is fully operational.

  • 3–5 weeks for full website builds
     

How do we communicate?


You will get access to a shared workspace for:

  • content drafts

  • deliverables

Plus, email support is available throughout the month.

What platform will my website be built on? 

We build websites using modern website builder platforms like Squarespace or Wix - so your site feels elevated, intuitive, and easy to maintain as your business evolves. Building on Squarespace or Wix means you’re never dependent on a developer. Your website grows with you; simple to update, easy to manage, and always aligned with your brand.
